On the following two pages, you will be asked to enter information about your show. You will then have the opportunity to display and refine your flyer, and finally to submit it.

Any field marked with a red dot (•) is a required field.

Please do NOT use your browser's Back function to return to the first page unless specifically instructed to do so, or you inadvertently advanced to the second page prior to completing the first page. The second page is quite long. If you use the Back function to return to the first page, you will lose any data you've entered on the second page.

Additional instructions may appear at the bottom of any page. For example, "Please double check the value you entered for First Day of Judging before proceeding."

Here is an overview of the entire process:

First Page
  • Enter Basic Information - Club Name(s), Show Name, Show Date, Show Location, etc.


  • Click Continue button.

Second Page
  • Enter Judging, Pricing, and Entry Clerk Information.

  • Enter Special Events and Attractions - Photographer, Special Awards, etc.

  • Enter/modify Required Items (the text on the back side or second page of most paper flyers). Default text is provided for most items - edit as necessary.

  • Display your flyer. Your flyer will be shown in all its glory. Use the Back function to make any necessary changes, then display again.
    Repeat this "Back / Change / Display" process until you are satisfied the flyer is as close to perfect as this tool allows.

  • If you requested an Online Entry Form and/or Jr. Showmanship Entry Form, you should submit a test entry from each form. FROM THE CONFIRMATION PAGE for each form, use your Back button multiple times to return to your flyer.

  • Submit your flyer. Your flyer will be saved in a temporary location, and the EZFlyer administrator will be notified. The administrator will test and review the flyer, contact you with any questions or concerns (using the name and email address you supply below), then save your flyer to a permanent location and notify you of the URL via e-mail.

"EZFlyer" was conceived, designed and created by Mike & Vicki Franks of MVAble Cats. It represents over 200 hours of coding and testing. Flyers created and submitted using EZFlyer are hosted on our domain, at our expense. If you use this tool, we ask you to consider sending a small donation or gratuity ($20 is suggested) to:

One half of any monies received will be used to defray the cost of hosting the flyers, and to fund further development and enhancement of this and similar tools. Those who contribute will be given preferential treatment in requests for enhancements or additional tools.

The other half of any monies received will be donated to cat related charities, including the Siamese Breast Cancer Research Fund, the Winn Foundation, the Northwest Region Treasury, etc.
